Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information Evryday Web Design handles today—not a list of data practices the site might use someday.

In short: information is used to respond, operate, secure, and improve the service. Evryday Studio does not sell personal information or add inquiry senders to marketing lists without separate consent.

Who operates this website

Evryday Web Design is operated by Evryday Studio, Texas, United States. In this policy, “Evryday,” “we,” and “us” refer to Evryday Studio.

Information you provide

You may provide your name, email address, business or organization, current website, project budget, timing, and a message about what you need. Audit inquiries do not require budget or timing. Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or government-identification information through this site.

Inquiry form and email

When you send the inquiry form, the information is validated by an automation running on Evryday’s server. It then sends Robbie a notification through Evryday’s configured email service so he can reply to the address you provided. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

If you email directly, your message, address, and any information you include are handled through the relevant email systems so Evryday can reply and maintain the business conversation.

Chat with Eve

The Eve chat widget is supplied from a separate Evryday chat service. If you use it, the service handles the messages and details you choose to provide, together with routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the chat. Do not put sensitive information into chat.

Server and security information

Hosting and security systems may create routine logs such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, response status, and security events. These records help deliver the site, diagnose problems, enforce rate limits, and investigate abuse.

How information is used

Evryday uses information described in this policy to:

  • respond to inquiries and discuss potential or active work;
  • deliver inquiry notifications and send service-related messages;
  • operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the website and related services;
  • prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents; and
  • meet recordkeeping or legal obligations when they apply.

We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Evryday relies on providers that support website hosting and infrastructure, n8n automation, email delivery and storage, and the Eve chat service. They may process information for Evryday as needed to provide those functions. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or investigate abuse.

Retention

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry or business relationship, security and troubleshooting, ordinary business records, and applicable legal obligations. Different systems may retain records for different periods. Evryday reviews and removes information when there is no longer a reasonable need to keep it.

Security

Evryday uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small online business, including access controls, request validation, rate limiting, and limiting the information requested. No internet transmission, email system, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose not to use the form or chat and may contact Evryday by email instead. You may also ask about, correct, or request deletion of information connected to you by emailing robbie@evrydaystudio.com. Evryday may need to verify the request and may keep information when reasonably required for security, records, disputes, or law.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights. This policy does not limit rights that apply to you.

External links

This site links to client websites, Evryday properties, and other external pages. Their privacy practices are controlled by their respective operators, not by this policy.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for business owners and organizational decision-makers, not children. Evryday does not knowingly request personal information from children through the inquiry form or chat. If you believe a child submitted information, contact Evryday so it can be reviewed and removed as appropriate.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website, providers, or data practices change. The effective date at the top will identify the current version. Material changes will be described here before Evryday relies on them where practical.
